I've spent 18 years in the Financial Services industry in a variety of roles.

During this time, I built up a wealth of knowledge and experience relating to customers and what’s important to them, especially when it comes to home lending. In short, customers have typically said they want guidance on what products best suit their needs. They want to get specific advice based on their needs at the most affordable rate or price. They want to feel valued and know that the person they are dealing with understands their circumstances and makes the appropriate recommendations based on these. This is why I became a Mortgage Adviser.
